Renzo is born in Peru and lives in Rio de Janeiro. In 2003, together with his partner Mathias, he founded the tour operator Logistur, Explora Tours' parent company. Renzo is passionate about South America and currently dedicates part of his time in the development of the Brazilian market and the programming of the Web Page. He divides his time between Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, Santiago and Lima.

Danilo is born in Buenos Aires and currently lives in the mountainous region of Córdoba, in the interior of Argentina. It is the brain behind our technology and website. Committed from the beginning with Explora Tours, he currently dedicates part of his time in creating an efficient and simple reservation system for our customers. Danilo is a basketball lover and is part of the local team. In his spare time he trains the women's team with the goal of making them champions!

Mathias is from Bolivia and currently resides in Santiago de Chile. In 2003, together with his partner Renzo, he founded the tour operator Logistur, Explora Tours' parent company. Mathias currently leads the team in Chile, where most of his activities are focused on the evaluation and development of new products. In his spare time Mathias enjoys practicing adventure sports such as climbing and paragliding.

Ricardo was born and lives in Santiago, Chile, where he is in charge of Explora Tours and Logistur's finances and accounting. Ricardo is an expert in negotiations and spends part of his time applying this skill in partnership with our suppliers, in order to get the best prices for our customers. Ricardo is a fan of the local "Colo Colo" soccer team, and he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.

Gonca has been traveling on all continents, but she’s been really fascinated by South America and, in 2015, she decided to move to Santiago de Chile, where she works at our local office. She has been combining her work with her passion for traveling for over 16 years! Gonca is an expert in creating customized trips and through this experience in tourism, she understands the most important thing for a successful trip: the details.

Malena has been with Explora Tours since 2005 and she has worked for many years as a tour guide in Chile, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia and Brazil. With this strong experience she has become an expert in developing and planning trips for both groups and individual travelers throughout South America. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and children.

Giselle was born in the city of Valdivia in Chile, but she has lived in Santiago since 2013. She enjoys traveling all over the world and doing outdoor sports. Every day, she rides her bike to work, taking the opportunity to have a different perspective of Santiago. Giselle is in charge of account analysis and finance.

Judith was born in France and lived in Canada before settling in Chile in 2012. She loves to travel and is fascinated by Latin culture. She is in charge of reservation and quality control for all the operations of Explora Tours. Her goal is to find the best services so that clients can enjoy their trip in the best possible way. In her free time she likes to dance, she is fond of Latin dance and especially Cuban salsa.

Maria is Austrian and came to Latin America for the first time in 2016. She worked as a volunteer in a social project in Chile and fell in love with the country's culture and natural beauty. She decided to live in Santiago de Chile and now supports our Explora team on site. She loves traveling, meeting people and new cultures, and mountain hiking.

Fabiana lives between Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires and whenever she can, she travels to take specialization courses. Passionate about travel, among her favorite destinations are the Patagonia and Andes regions. Specialist in Latin America, she knows all the Explora routes personally and is currently dedicated to product management and creation. In her free time she seeks inspiration in the arts and travels whenever she can to discover new destinations.

French but with a south american heart, Audrey has been living in this fabulous continent for many years.Completely impressed by the richness of its history and its diversity. Peru, Argentina, Brazil ... Now she lives in Bolivia, at the foot of the immense Andean hills in the highest capital in the world. At Logistur/Explora Tours, Audrey is at your disposal to advise you on the elaboration of personalized circuits, taking care of the necessary details. Passionate about travel, she is eager to share her experience and make you discover the cultural and natural attractions of the countries she has visited.
