In the afternoon we will conduct the Archaeological City Tour , and the first point to be visited is the Cusco Cathedral , known as one of the most beautiful in Peru and South America. a baroque style made by the best sculptors of the Cusquenha School, and by the famous Italian painter and sculptor, Bernardo Bitti.
Then, we will go to Qoricancha , which means Golden Wall or Temple of the Sun, the main place of worship for the Sun God. Then we will continue the tour, visiting four other archaeological sites around Cusco: A Sacsayhuaman Fortress , famous for its huge carved stone blocks and for the celebration of the Inti Raymi (Feast of the Sun), on the winter solstice, the most popular feast known in Peru, Qenqo, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay, the famous Inca shower.
Our return to Cusco is scheduled for approximately 6:00 pm. On the way back, our team can drop you off at the hotel or in the main square of the city.
The night is free to discover the variety of restaurants and bars . We also have the option of a typical food dinner with a folkloric show.

We visited your market to learn about manual labor, which is very rich in the region. We will stop for a delicious lunch in the Vale de Urubamba which is already included in the itinerary.
After lunch, we will continue through the Urubamba valley towards the ruins of Ollantaytambo , one of the most important of the Inca era, and from where, after the visit, we will take the train to Aguas Calientes to spend the night.

The vehicle will pass to take us to the village of Písac, about 40 minutes from the city of Cusco. Here, we will have time to tour the handicraft market, before continuing to the archaeological center. Once there, the guide will deliver important historical information, before giving you free time to tour the place.

Then, we go to Urubamba, where we will have our buffet lunch (drinks not included) **, in order to replenish the energy for our next visit: Ollantaytambo. We will go up the terraces to visit the ruins of the temple of the sun and learn a little more about the forms of construction used by the Quechua. Then, we will walk a part of an Inca Trail to descend to our starting point, with views of the surrounding valleys and the same ruins we were in a moment ago.
